Same hair styles as Yambo and Mabo but different colour. I love freckles on their faces.

Little Red Riding Hood
The fairy tale of little red riding hood is known by people all over the world. This is one of my favorite child time stories.

A girl from Mitten
'The Mitten' is a Soviet film (1967) created by Roman Kachanov, Russian Animator. It's a 10 minutes stop-motion movie which dolls look so alive. Although it's created by a Russian director, you don't need to worry about the language so much. Simple story but very touchy.
I couldn't make a cute dog such as the one in the film, so I made Uribou (baby boar). Uribou is a simple paper craft which doesn't require a glue. You can download it here.

Dolls Bears Toys and Collectables Fair
I went to Liverpool yesterday. It was about 30 mins drive from home. I was very excited to see all dolls Australian collectors hold and sell.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera so there's no photos from the show. Silly me!
There were so many antiques, originals, and materials for dolls. I have never seen such range in Australia!lol Not only me but other people got brightened their faces and looked like their child memories came back.
During strolling the event, I found the original Kenner Blythe doll an old lady treasured for a long time. The hair didn't look good but it was certainly Blythe who could wear anything fashionably.
I wanted to own an antique teddy bear one day. I don't need many but at least one for me. This is the right place for me to look for the antique bears. But I didn't bring enough cash with me, I will try next time. But hey, I bought mohair. I might give a try to make a teddy bear by myself. Hmm
=Things I bought from the show=
A set of a table and couches which was a good size for Blythe

Just an old bear, not antique, I think...

I love Native American fashion and Cow boy doots and a hat.
Donkey is from http://www.paperfoldables.com/.
CĂș Chulainn
CĂș Chulainn from Shin-megani tensei series
This is a gift for my friend who loves CĂș Chulainn from Shin Megani Tensei Series.
The original designer is, of course, Kazuma Kaneko.
Metal Gear Solid 3
The boss and Naked Snake from MGS3.
I'm not a big fan of war games but since my friend insisted to play MGS3 and the story was the very beginning of long beloved MGS series, I first hesitantly grabbed the controller but the more time I played the more I was hooked up with the story.
Here I am. I even made papercrafts of the main characters from MGS3.

Crochet hat
This is my first crochet hat for Blythe. (50% reduction of size of human hats). I guess I need to work on it more...
The picture book Blythe pointed out is 'The story of Three bears' from Russian folktale illustrated by Piu Sudo, Japanese illustrator. Her illustration made this old-time story cute and interenting.

Practice.
Since I made some papercrafts, I wanted to make my own so I modified the initial kakukaku APH templates more and made animals. :-)
I use CorelDRAW X5. It was quite handy to modifiy templates. I had been struggling to take photos with sufficient light but I can adjust brightness in Corel photo-paint. Yay!
